Noosa Boardwalk competitions and promotions

By being a current subscriber of the Noosa Boardwalk e-newsletter, you will be automatically entered into competitions and promotions outlined in the e-newsletter each month. These promotions commence on 27 October 2009 and continue for an indefinite time but may be terminated at any time by Tourism Noosa. Prize winners must be residents of Australia.
The nature and value of prizes is at the sole discretion of Tourism Noosa
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, nor are they transferable or exchangeable. Prizes are generally valid for 12 months but validity dates will be listed on the prize voucher and may differ from prize to prize.
Prize winners are selected by random manual draws. The draws are conducted by Tourism Noosa, Noosa Marina, 2 Parkyn Court, Tewantin Qld 4565. Prize winners will be published in monthly editions of the Noosa Boardwalk e-newsletter.
In order to claim a prize, prize winners are required to contact Tourism Noosa within 30 days of the date of issue of the e-newsletter which confirms the name of the prize winner and prize details. If prizes are not redeemed within 30 days, they will be withdrawn.
Subscribers who submit photographs for Noosa Boardwalk photo competitions agree that by submitting their photo for inclusion in the draw, they are also allowing their photo to be added to the Tourism Noosa Flickr photo group – Noosa – Queensland, Australia and that this Flickr group is also displayed on the Tourism Noosa website.
Subscribers who submit photographs for Noosa Boardwalk photo competitions may only enter once in any given calendar month.
Tourism Noosa will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is sustained as a result of winning a prize.
By claiming a prize, the winner accepts that Tourism Noosa may use the winners name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes.
