Noosa Festival of Surfing boasts a 6-day pro-am that will once again draw hundreds of competitors from all over Australia and overseas to compete and experience the unique ‘Aloha Spirit’ of the Noosa Festival.

2008 will see the prestige of the Men's and Women's Pro upgraded to ASP LQS 2 Star Rated, and an increase in the cash prize-pool to $US13,000 with a cash purse of over $AU34,000 in total. In addition to the world-class surfing of the competition program are specialty events and celebrity divisions.
