Go Noosa this Easter!

1 Apr 2021

Easter is finally here! We've put together a guide to getting around Noosa with our FREE transport options, must-do events and bucket-list activities to put on your list this easter. Read on for our hottest Easter tips.

Getting around

We all have that fear of spending too long in traffic, doing laps of car parks waiting for the perfect spot to become available... We're here to let you know you can now hop on-board the FREE Go Noosa holiday buses across the Noosa Shire, so you can spend less time in the car and more time hunting for eggs.

The free buses are operating across Noosa, from the eastern beaches to the hinterland, you can get from east to west in a matter of minutes. For all the details on the Go Noosa buses, click here.

What's more, there are discounted rides aboard the Noosa Ferry. Take in the beautiful surrounds of the Noosa River - they have several stops between the Noosa Marina in Tewantin and Hastings Street. To see the stops and the timetable, click here.

Art & Culture

Noosa Regional Gallery has plenty on throughout the school holidays including Kirigami, painting, 2D and 3D creation workshops. Bookings are essential, so click here to lock it in.

The Butter Factory Arts Centre has a kids program that's not to be missed! They have free, hands-on art-making activities encouraging kids to reflect on climate change and the environment. The program, 'Now is the Time: Kids on Tour' was developed by contemporary artist Raquel Ormella in collaboration with the Queensland Art Gallery. For more, click here.

The Easter Markets at Eumundi is an old favourite - they're open Easter Saturday, 3rd April from 7am. They've got extra activities for the kids including a free rock painting workshop with Dani Holmes and live music by Dean Gray and tribal Groove.

Coolum Flicks in the Park is screening on Saturday April 3 from 6pm. Family favourite Peter Rabbit will be on the big screen presented by Coolum Business & Tourism. Book your space here.
