Pomona Distilling Co.'s story has been 40 years in the making for Master Distiller and owner, Robin Yates. His passion for the alchemy of spirits goes back to his old university days of distilling in the back of the chemistry lab while studying to be an Industrial Chemist.
You won’t find pallets of their distilled beverages at their farm, you’ll find hand-crafted bottles of premium spirits, purified with activated charcoal and aged appropriately to allow the botanicals the respect and journey they deserve.
To complement the drinks list, the food menu is designed around the in-house smoker that is sustainably fuelled by timber from the family farm.
