Embassy XO

The cuisine at Embassy XO weaves its way through China and South East Asia, balancing flavours, textures and exciting spices. Embassy XO prides itself on sourcing local produce and supporting local suppliers which allows their menu to focus on fresh seasonal ingredients. 75% of the fresh produce used is from Head Chef James Wu’s farm in Cootharaba, in many ways it is a farm to table experience.

Having achieved 2 Goblets in the Australian Wine List of the Awards for 6 consecutive years, the wine list has an eclectic mix of classics to newer players in the wine world. It is a tight list with a focus on producers that farm sustainably. Whether you are a wine aficionado, gin drinker or a humble beer lover, the drinks list has something to appeal to everyone.

Embassy XO overlooks picturesque Sunshine Beach and its quaint village. The restaurant boasts soft lighting and exotic, modern décor distinguished by majestic seed pod inspired lights, a winter fireplace, dark timber, and stylish Asian furnishings.

Embassy XO is the ultimate function, special event or wedding venue. The dining room and Lounge bar are individually available for exclusive use and can cater to either sit down or stand up events. Function menus are created either banquet or tasting menu style, depending on your event needs. Embassy XO is part of the XO Group, including two XO Cellars, one located on the street level of the Sunshine Beach restaurant and the other at Noosa Fair, Noosa Junction. Function drinks menu can include the extensive list of wines and beverages on offer from the Cellars.
