All of our tours include an educational video of the Humpback Whale (one copy per family). Each year the magnificent Humpback Whales migrate from Antarctica to subtropical waters off the East Coast of Australia.
On their way to Hervey Bay (the Whale Watching Capital of the world) to northern Queensland, Great Barrier Reef to give birth and mate. Their migration path takes them passed our pristine waters off Noosa and also on the return migration to Antarctica with the newborn calf & last years calf (riding shotgun).
You may witness Mum feeding her calf, breaching, tale slapping and spy-hopping. (Why do they do it?)
and experience other marine life such as dolphins & turtles.
