Three chef mates will reunite with a new kid on the block in Noosa to celebrate Dinner with Friends Part II at View by Matt Golinski. This is the first dinner for 2020 as part of Love Noosa - The Dinner Series and features chefs Matt Golinski, Bruno Loubet, Justin Miles and Andrew Wilcox.
View by Matt Golinski at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas will set the scene for the unforgettable gastronomic feast, with veteran original Noosa chefs Bruno Loubet, Justin Miles and Matt Golinski teaming up with Andrew Wilcox ‘The Kid’ for one night only.
Together they will create an exceptional four-course degustation dinner, paired with awarded vintages from De Bortoli Wines.
Guests are guaranteed an entertaining evening full of fun, with some surprise live performances on the cards too.
For every ticket sold, View by Matt Golinski will make a donation to Noosa Landare.

Matt Golinski – View by Matt Golinski, Noosa Heads | Ricky Ricardo’s
Well known as one of the original team members of the popular Ready Steady Cook television series, Matt has worked as executive chef at some of Queensland’s leading restaurants and founded his own catering company. Based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Matt now enjoys working as a consulting chef to restaurants, being a regular guest chef at festivals and events and writing his popular food columns and blog. He is also an active member of the Slow Food movement and a motivational speaker. In March 2018, Matt joined the Peppers Noosa Resort team as their Consultant Executive Chef, developing menus that consolidate his knowledge and love of the producers of his region.
Justin Miles – Windy Point Restaurant and Café, Adelaide | Noosa Springs
Born and raised in Adelaide, Justin refined his culinary skills under the direction of Ann Oliver at Mistress Augustine’s in North Adelaide. He then travelled around the world, working in London at Bibendum Restaurant, in the NSW ski fields and later the Noosa Springs Golf Resort. Joining Windy Point Restaurant and Cafe in 2008, Justin utilises regional, seasonal produce to bring guests the very best contemporary Australian cooking.
Bruno Loubet – Willow Vale Cooking School | Berardos Restaurant
Bruno Loubet's cooking is sublime and unique, drawing on the classics of the French bistro menu but each dish is given a modern twist. This collection is inspired by his own upbringing and travels, and combines the traditional and familiar with ideas and ingredients taken from around the world.
Andrew Wilcox – The New Kid | View by Matt Golinski
Third-generation Noosa local, View Restaurant Head Chef Andrew Wilcox shares his passion for the region and vibrant produce with a lively kitchen team and delighted diners. Andrew entered the kitchen at just 13 years of age, and after a one-way trip to Melbourne, began managing his own kitchen team and learning the ropes of busy Melbourne hospitality. Upon returning to Noosa, he embraced a new-found inspiration to bring families together in an environment that caters to all.
