Terri is the founder and Managing Director of SevGen, an innovative Sunshine Coast indigenous charity. She also started Deadly Espresso, a social enterprise
cafe in Eumundi in the Noosa hinterland which invites locals and visitors to experience their coffee, food and culture.
SevGen is short for Seven Generations – an indigenous way of thinking that says we must consider that our actions and deliberations of today will affect our people seven generations into the future, while drawing on the wisdom of seven generations past.
She is on a number of boards, advisory boards and reference groups, including the South East Queensland Indigenous Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the Sunshine Coast Chapter. She sits on two Ministerial reference groups – the Indigenous Business and Innovation Reference Group, chaired by Minister Jones, and the Social Enterprise group, chaired by Minister Fentiman.
Terri joined the Tourism Noosa Board in 2018.
