Beach Safety

Enjoy Noosa's beautiful beaches safely - swim between the red and yellow flags on patrolled beaches and follow the instructions and advice from on-duty surf lifesavers. The flags indicate the safest patrolled swimming area. Read from Surf Life Saving Queensland.

Sun Safety

Take care when you head out into the sun - cover-up and protect yourself with high SPF sunscreen, and try to select reef-friendly options when possible. If you find yourself without sunscreen on the beach, ask the surf lifesavers for some of their ready supply.
