The award-winning bistro, bar and events space has a fish and chip takeaway window and the Little Boaty espresso bar on the front deck. Little Boaty has steaming coffee, bliss balls and toasted sandwiches from 6am. It’s the perfect pit-stop during a walk along the picturesque River foreshore.
A 120-seat bistro takes up the ground level, just above the river’s water level. The River Room is a grand function space on the middle level. The rooftop Sunset Bar lets you perch on the top deck for those stunning late afternoon river and mountain views while enjoying drink specials, great cocktails and a delicious bar menu.
There’s fresh local seafood, quality beef and locally harvested produce on the bistro’s lunch and dinner menu, with signature dishes such as Baked wild Queensland scallops with sea urchin butter; Slow-cooked beef cheek with tamarind dressing; or Crispy pork belly with Thai red curry sauce. And did we mention the famous 3-tiered seafood platter? The menu is beautifully complemented with a great selection of wines.
