Surrounded by beautiful nature, there’s endless outdoor fun for the whole family, along with great shopping and markets, indoor games, family-friendly restaurants and cafes, and a friendly welcome wherever you go.

Noosa is blessed with safe, sandy beaches for refreshing family swims (always swim between the red and yellow flags), easy bike paths, beautiful walking trails, playgrounds, nearby attractions, waterfront barbecue and picnic areas.

The whole family can learn to surf or stand-up paddle board, or how about cuddling a koala or flying through the treetops? There’s all this and more to experience on your Noosa family holiday.

Get on the water

Fishing and family holidays are a classic combination, so throw in a line from the water’s edge in Noosa – you might even catch your own dinner. Hire a little boat from jetties along the river and take the family for a day on the water, or join a fishing charter and let the experts find the best spots for you.

A Noosa Ferry cruise along the river is a must-do, or jump on-board one of the beautiful sunset cruises and daytime river trips to see a new side of Noosa. For something completely different, hire a Nauticycle (a bicycle that you can ride on the water) or a the donut-shaped electric BBQ boat from RoundAboat Noosa.
