Pause to watch the large population of bird species that call Noosa home, including the White Bellied Sea Eagle, Brahminy Kites, Great Egret or the much-loved pelican, feeding from the end-of-day fisherman’s catch.

Noosa Main Beach is famous for its sheltered waters, protected from the Noosa National Park Headland. Local tip - head here if there's a southerly or easterly wind blowing!
If you dream of having a pristine white sandy beach to yourself, head south of Noosa. Walk the coastal track through Noosa National Park to discover Alexandria Bay, then continue to Sunshine Beach. A little further down are our hidden gems, Sunrise Beach, Castaways, Marcus and Peregian Beach. Always swim between the red and yellow flags!
