The $5 million Accessible Tourism Elevate Fund offers two grant options so operators can apply for what they need, depending on where they are in their accessible tourism journey.

Access Starter Grant

$5000 grants (no matched funding required) for tourism businesses starting their accessibility journey and improve visitor experience.

Eligible activities including access audits, development of accessibility plans and statements, improved communication and information sharing, digital and website accessibility, staff training and education.

Applications close Wednesday 6 December.

Access Project Grant

Grants between $50,000 and $250,000 (no matched funding required) for businesses who have already identified improvements and are ready to implement change.

Eligible activities include access improvements, transport, adaptive equipment and technology, communication, signage and digital accessibility and sensory-friendly spaces and resources.

Applications close Thursday 21 December.
