Across a career spanning more than four decades, Max Webberley has worked in the fields of journalism, law, mediation, public relations, and financial consultancy.
Max’s professional experience in the mediation industry includes property and workplace mediation, family dispute resolution, Aboriginal cultural awareness, and a number of community-based roles including facilitating Kids-in-Focus programs and mentoring family dispute resolution graduates. He has held positions as the Director of the Law Institute of Victoria, a journalist with the ABC in Hobart, he was Founding General Manager of Grosvenor Financial Services, Director of Caudex BPE, and Managing Director of marketing and public relations agency The Client Connection.
Max holds a Bachelor of Laws, a post-graduate certificate in Arbitration, and IAMA mediation accreditation among his professional qualifications, and he is experienced in the mediation of complex entities, risk management, and financial compliance.
Max counts interests including cycling, AFL, and cooking among his hobbies, and together with his wife Jo, operates the hinterland destination gift and homeware store Kin Kin Depot.
