Immerse yourself in surf culture with Noosa awarded World Surfing Reserve status. Boasting five world-class point breaks,Noosa is the place to learn to surf, or for the more serious surfer, to go in search of the perfect wave.
Noosa Main Beach is famous for its sheltered waters, protected from the Noosa National Park Headland. Local tip - head here if there's a southerly or easterly wind blowing!
If you dream of having a pristine white sandy beach to yourself, head south of Noosa. Walk the coastal track through Noosa National Park to discover Alexandria Bay, then continue to Sunshine Beach. A little further down are our hidden gems, Sunrise Beach, Castaways, Marcus and Peregian Beach. Always swim between the red and yellow flags!
